One of the aims of the Regine Sixt Child Support Foundation is to support children and young people with disabilities and help improve their health.

The Schneider Children's Medical Centre is one of the leading children's hospitals in Israel due to its extensive range in the field of pediatric medicine. During treatment, many children do not only miss their school classes, but they are also torn from their social and emotional environment. To make the children's hospital stay easier, Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation will open an education and activity room in the surgical department.

Creating the space will allow the children additional school help from qualified teachers during their treatment phase. At the same time, the recreational activity options for the young patients is to be expanded: The children and adolescents will thus be cared for in the new space by specially trained clowns as well as music and art therapists, among other things. With the establishment of the new education and activity room, Drying Little Tears is pursuing the aim of making the everyday lives of young patients during their hospital stay a little more pleasant and not losing sight of their school education.
