The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation supports the construction of a performance space at the entrance hall of the new complex of the Children's Hospital Alder Hey.

Hospital stays are strenuous and exhausting. Children in particular are worried and scared when they have to wait for their treatment in a sterile hospital atmosphere. Centrally located in the main building of the Alder Hey Children's Hospital, a performance space will be the cultural centre. Located in the heart of the building, the Performance Space is easily accessible to all visitors of the clinic. Every year, more than 270,000 children and their families find a place of refuge in the children's clinic. There, they can bridge waiting times together in a pleasant atmosphere - always within the reach of the doctors.
